Spawn in front of a desert temple, lava pool, village and a ruined portal buried in a farm. If you build a portal in the lava pool you'll spawn next to a fortress and bastion. Stronghold is a 0 eye but it's an underwater exposed stronghold

This seed has a broken portal, a village and like 6 biomes right near spawn so it is very cool :)

Well you will be surprised when I told you I found 4 seeds that has eight rivers, all at zero zero and 2 being at spawn! Also the seed I show in the video also has a village, desert pyramid and ruined portal just off two of the rivers.
